Was 1/2 day late, but called to notify. Great job on setup and clean-up. All 3 men were clean, well mannered and worked as a team - and got it done. They answered any questions, taking time to explain if didn't understand. I'd definitely recommend H2O and would use them again!
All four of the people (five, if you count the office) that were instrumental in correcting my basement leak were professional, understanding and prompt. They were easy to communicate with and always responded when I had an inquiry. We are having a down pour today that could have been devastating but my basement is dry. Red and his team with Teddy were extremely responsive and professional and worked with us as we navigated our Basement floor leak problem.
