JD from H2O Proof provided a detailed assessment of the work needed, along with a highly competitive quote. Unlike the other companies, JD didn’t pressure me to make an immediate decision, which I appreciated as this was a significant investment in my home.

From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism and trustworthiness, giving me confidence in their ability to deliver quality results. The job foreman, DJ, and his crew exceeded my expectations with their excellent work. Choosing H2O Proof and Foundation Repair for my crawl space and foundation repair was the right decision, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I highly recommend H2Proof. Recently my basement had flood damage caused by a malfunction sump pump that was installed by another company. I called H2 Proof and Eric, THE OWNER, came out to my residence within a few days. Eric gave me a quote and within a few days the job was completed! Kudos to Eric and his team for an exceptional job well done!! Check with H2 Proof for your waterproofing needs..you will not be disappointed. I had another quote from another company and their cost was 3X the cost of H2 proof!!! This company deserves a higher rating than 5 star!!!!

H2O Proof were excellent folks to work with in my basement wall repair and shoring. My original foundation repair company had an emergency come up and asked if I would allow H2O to come in and do the repairs in their stead. Glad I said Yes, these guys came out and assessed the job, and got right on the problem. Their man, Tim, was very knowledgeable about the carbon fiber installation and spent additional effort to ensure the substructure was sound. Red and Eric were also a good men to work with and even though we had a minor scheduling hiccup, they made it right and in the end everything was done in an excellent manner. These are not high pressure drainage folks, but real professionals looking at a problem and ensuring the correct and financially appropriate solution is presented for consideration. I hope never to have to use them again because their work is flawless, but I highly recommend the company to anyone dealing with foundation or water intrusion problems.

Red and his team with Teddy were extremely responsive and professional and worked with us as we navigated our Basement floor leak problem. He was extremely fair and upfront about the business and really educated myself and my girlfriend as we navigated a stressful home repair. The work was done quickly and with the highest quality. They even helped us out on our sheds foundation as well. Red was responsive 24/7 and really worked around my hectic schedule. A class guys here. Will absolutely use them in any future projects. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Lifetime warranty and all. 10/10

I have used Mr. Red and H2O Proofing & Foundation repair on multiple occasions. Each time he and the entire staff have been prompt, responsive, and very professional. In one particular instance the required work was more extensive than initially projected. Instead of just doing what we initially discussed and not fully resolving the issue, they communicated with me and went the extra mile to make sure the work is done correctly so that my water intrusion problems would be properly resolved. I highly recommend H2O Proofing and I look forward to using them again in the future.
